The Salty Quill cuisine focuses on healthy, tasty meals, with lots of fresh vegetables, hearty soups and delicious multi-dish dinners. The Cook House is culinary central, where three meals a day are served (all included in the retreat fee (see Rooms and Rates)). Breakfast is served between 8-9am. Lunches feature varied fare, often featuring soups, salads, sandwiches, snacks, veggies, breads, meats and/or cheeses, served mid-day. And a bell rings in dinner hour around 6:30pm.
