This year, we say goodbye to the extraordinary Erin Anderson, of Gather Provisions, as she embarks on a new venture (more to come about that in the months ahead)! For 2023 retreats, we are so excited to have Rebecca Shim, of Catskill Cooks on the island. Rebecca's cuisine focuses on healthy, tasty meals, with lots of fresh vegetables, hearty soups and delicious multi-dish dinners. The Cook House is culinary central, where three meals a day are served (all included in the retreat fee (see Rooms and Rates)). Breakfast is served between 8-9am. Lunches feature varied fare, often featuring soups, salads, sandwiches, snacks, veggies, breads, meats and/or cheeses, served mid-day. And a bell rings in dinner hour around 6:30pm.
