​This year, we’re welcoming chef Sophia Palange, of Phia’s, whose “focus is on local, fresh, and whole foods which nourish, inspire, and create well-being. ” 


The Cook House is culinary central. Breakfast will be put out in the morning hours between 8-9, with continental offerings until 10am. Ploughman's style lunches featuring soups and salads, breads, meats and cheeses, will be set out for 90 minutes mid-day, so writers can come and enjoy as they wish. And, each night, the dinner bell will ring in the dinner hour.
